$100,000 + DOE Norm Reeves Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Financial Officer at our Dallas, TX office. This is a high-accountability, on-site role within a lean, senior-level team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an independent, focused work environment and takes pride in flawless execution. Responsibilities Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the CFO Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CFO Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the CFO organized and on schedule Support special projects and cross-functional coordination as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal direction Professional, discreet, and composed under pressure Experience in automotive, finance, or multi-location organizations a plus Work Environment This is a quiet, focused, and professional office setting. The team is small, senior, and highly task-oriented. This role is best suited for a candidate who is self-motivated, values autonomy, and does not require a highly collaborative or social office environment to thrive.
