We install Clover POS systems, set up e-commerce solutions, and provide hands-on local support — in English and Spanish. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated assistant who can keep up with a fast-moving operation. This role touches a little of everything: office support, merchant onboarding, equipment delivery, and helping shoot content for our social media. No two days look the same, and that's the point. What you'll do Assist with merchant account boarding — entering new account info, preparing paperwork, and sending DocuSign agreements Deliver, install, and swap out POS equipment at merchant locations across the RGV (mileage reimbursed) Support service calls in the field alongside the owner when needed Handle general office tasks: filing, follow-ups, scheduling, and keeping things organized Assist with QuickBooks data entry and basic recordkeeping Film short-form video content and assist with posting to Facebook and Instagram Help execute social media content ideas — showing up on camera occasionally is a plus What we're looking for Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred — our customers are RGV locals) Reliable vehicle and valid Texas driver's license — you'll be out in the field regularly Comfortable with basic tech: smartphones, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and ideally QuickBooks basics Familiar with filming short videos on a phone and posting to social media Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take direction without needing hand-holding Trustworthy — you'll have access to sensitive merchant information No prior payment industry experience required; we'll train you on our systems Compensation & perks Mileage reimbursement for all field trips Learn the payment processing industry from the ground up — real career value Direct mentorship from the owner; you won't be lost in a corporate structure Opportunity to grow into a higher-responsibility role as the company expands
