COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

ASAP ROLE IMPACT
The Executive Assistant II provides direct administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring executive operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role supports board-level coordination, executive communications, and high-visibility reporting. Success in this position requires discretion, organization, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage executive calendar, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and support board and leadership meetings including agenda preparation and formal meeting minutes Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications Prepare board packets, presentations, and formal reports utilizing text, graphic, and spreadsheet software Serve as primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls; screen communications and represent leadership professionally Maintain databases, personnel documentation, PTO tracking, policy manuals, and intranet content; monitor and follow up on action items
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred Experience in a healthcare environment preferred Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
