13128 Executive Administrative Assistant
Our client in Frisco, Texas is seeking an Executive Assistant/Recruiter. This is a key member of the Executive Team, providing high-level administrative support while leading essential recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. This role manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings, oversees inboxmunications, and handles sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
In addition, this position plays a critical role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through multiple channels, ensuring an efficient hiring process and a positive candidate experience.
This role is five (5) days per week on-site. Must be available 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manageplex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, prioritizingmitments, and resolving conflicts
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
Manage executive email inboxes by drafting responses, prioritizingmunications, and ensuring timely follow-up
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Assist with special projects, reporting, and other administrative initiatives as needed by the Executive Team
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels
Review resumes, administer assessments (Criteria Corp), and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
Communicate consistently with candidates to ensure a professional and positive hiring experience
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives
Operations & Coordination
Support onboarding efforts for new hires, including scheduling, documentation, andmunication
Maintainanized records, files, and documentation related to executive operations and recruitment activities
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across administrative and recruiting functions
Daily Activities
Participate in daily team huddles
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date individual calendar
Perform additional duties as outlined in the responsibilities above
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year ofbined recruiting and administrative experience
Skills & Competencies
Stronganizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
