About Us Construction and real estate operation working across Katy, The Woodlands, and Conroe. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, reliable student to join us in a hybrid content + admin role — real paid experience, not an unpaid internship.

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday, part-time to start (~20 hrs/week), flexible around your class schedule — hours increase as the workload grows. $19.00/hour, paid bi-weekly (1099 contractor status for the first 90 days).

Location:

In-person, based out of Katy / The Woodlands / Conroe, TX, with travel to job sites within Texas.

What You'll Do:

Shoot and edit short-form video for social media — job site progress, before/afters, Reels and TikToks for company branding Follow up on bids submitted to general contractors: track deadlines, confirm receipt, chase responses Manage calendars, appointments, and daily follow-ups Contact contractors and suppliers for quotes and material takeoffs Provide general administrative support across our construction and insulation companies

What We're Looking For:

Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar) — work samples required to apply Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Organized, self-starting, and able to anticipate needs before being asked Comfortable on the phone — professional and persistent with follow-ups Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle No construction experience required — we train the right person Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement
