This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to executives, helping ensure efficiency, organization, and effective communication across the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, anticipating needs and ensuring day-to-day efficiency Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end executive travel coordination, including itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation, with the ability to proactively adjust plans in response to delays or disruptions Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive briefing materials as needed Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with professionalism and clarity Support executive and Board of Directors meetings, including Board travel, meeting and event/dinner coordination, preparation and distribution of materials, and meeting follow-up Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively problem-solve Proven experience handling confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Executive Assistant experience in the energy, oil & gas, or corporate sector Motivated self-starter capable of performing with minimal supervision Familiarity with oilfield terminology and operations Diamondback is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
