In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Your bilingual proficiency in Korean and English will be essential for managing diverse correspondence, coordinating meetings, and facilitating seamless interactions with international partners. Duties Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, proofreading documents, transcribing audio files, and maintaining accurate data entry records. Coordinate projects and events from planning stages through execution, including venue arrangements, vendor communications, and logistics management. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, document organization, office supply procurement, and front desk responsibilities to ensure a welcoming environment. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance. Support personal assistance needs for executives by managing confidential information with discretion and providing timely responses to requests. Skills Bilingual fluency in Korean and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in executive administrative support or office management roles with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures. Skilled in event planning, project coordination, data entry, transcription, proofreading, and clerical tasks with high attention to detail. Strong knowledge of office procedures including filing systems, customer service standards, and front desk operations. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Competence in using Office management software such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
