Job Description
Provide personal administrative support to Administrator, serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors and perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties for Department Directors and departments as needed. Duties include general clerical receptionist ad project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and electronic interaction. An associate degree is preferred Excellent reading, writing and arithmetic skills required Knowledge of Microsoft office and telephone protocol Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software applications Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to type 60 WPM Social networking and web maintenance skills Discretion with sensitive , confidential information Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional over night travel Professional Business work attire required Pre Employment screening Annual health test Annual test is tuberculin skin test (PPD) or chest X - ray if employee cannot take PPD.
