The position's goal is to ease the workload of the president with his very demanding schedule by taking on most of the administrative duties, assisting with commercial estimating, and providing administrative support for personal home business. Personal assistant support includes personal banking, supervising cleaning service, and occasional home maintenance workers. The position will on occasion fill in at the head office, answering phone, and filing.
Requirements:
- Organized.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Prefer a clean driving record.
