We are a growing, independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with personalized financial planning, investment strategy, and long-term wealth guidance. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support our three Founding Partners. This is a critical role that sits at the center of the firm—helping ensure the partners can focus on delivering exceptional advice and client outcomes. The Opportunity This role is more than traditional administrative support. You will act as a strategic partner and operational quarterback to the principals—managing priorities, streamlining communication, and helping drive efficiency across the firm. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for three Founding Partners Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client reviews and strategic sessions Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure continuity and execution Serve as a gatekeeper—prioritizing communications and protecting partner time' Client & Relationship Coordination Support a high-touch client experience aligned with the firm's personalized approach Coordinate client meetings, onboarding logistics, and ongoing touchpoints Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and communications Ensure a seamless and professional experience at every interaction Operational & Administrative Excellence Organize workflows, documentation, and internal processes to improve efficiency Coordinate travel, events, and partner logistics Maintain CRM systems, records, and reporting with precision Assist with special projects across the firm, including client events and initiatives Team & Culture Support Act as a central point of coordination across advisors and support staff Reinforce a collaborative, positive, and professional office environment Uphold the firm's values of trust, integrity, and personalized care Why Join Outcome Private Wealth Work directly with experienced founding partners in a growing firm Be part of a team that prioritizes relationships over transactions Contribute to a firm focused on long-term outcomes, not short-term noise Collaborative, approachable culture where your impact is visible and valued Opportunity to grow with a firm building a leading advisory practice in the

Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives (financial services preferred) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Personal Attributes Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence Calm under pressure with strong prioritization instincts Service-minded with a client-first mentality Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable working with senior leadership and high-net-worth clients
