Salary:
$45,000
  • $55,000 per year Looking to make a difference and be part of an amazing and growing team in an amazingly beautiful setting?
Join us at Embark's newest short-term adolescent residential treatment center in Alexandria, VA! The Behavioral Health Executive Assistant will provide administrative support for executive leadership, as well as provide support to our clients and their families, in a short-term residential setting. The Behavioral Health Executive Assistant will serve as a key member of the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all incoming calls for the program including providing information to families and referral sources about our services Participate in management team meetings Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours Order and process all supplies needed for the office Handle all outgoing mail and the postage account Assist in the facilitation of program events Assist with new employee orientation Oversee administration of clinical outcomes process Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned Reconcile and submit expenses using online expense tracking software
Qualifications:
3 Years administrative experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Well organized and detail oriented Committed to accurate and timely completion of work Skill with Microsoft Office products Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications Ability to develop efficient processes Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion
