Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Opportunity | $100,000 - $150,000 A highly successful Chairman of a boutique private equity firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become his right hand. This is NOT a typical assistant role. We are looking for someone who is highly intelligent, proactive, organized, and capable of solving problems independently. If you're the type of person who sees what needs to be done and handles it without being asked, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage schedules, priorities, and projects ✅ Maintain organization and ensure systems stay on track ✅ Coordinate with team members and keep initiatives moving forward ✅ Handle tasks, errands, and special projects ✅ Travel alongside the Chairman when needed ✅ Occasionally work from the Chairman's home office ✅ Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise

Location:

Ashburn, VA is strongly preferred, but candidates outside the area will be considered if willing to travel regularly.

Compensation:
