Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer for UVA Health

+ Maintain a strong understanding of the priorities, initiatives, and operational needs of the Office of the CIO and Deputy CIO.
+ Greet and escort office visitors, ensuring a positive, smooth experience.
+ Handle visitor parking arrangements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of experience in administrative function _(five (5) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)_
Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience required. Significant experience supporting executive-level leadership. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet immediate turnaround requirements in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold office integrity.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $25.72 - $45.68 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
