Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a complex, high-volume calendar for a senior leader Coordinate and prioritize meetings across a dynamic, fast-paced schedule Oversee travel arrangements and proactively adjust itineraries as needed Handle expense reporting and related administrative functions Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges in advance Provide general administrative support (document preparation, printing, meeting logistics) Assist with occasional office-related coordination (e.g., catering, on-site support)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in an executive or senior administrative support role Experience supporting senior leadership Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling demands Strong background in coordinating travel logistics Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues independently Ability to manage competing priorities and think critically about time management and team needs •This position is contract to hire with an immediate start•
