3:00 PM or 3:30 PM An early schedule is essential, as you will be responsible for opening the office and preparing the team for a productive day.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility): Recruiting is the heart of this position. You'll take ownership of our hiring process and help ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience from their first interaction through onboarding.
Responsibilities include:
Create and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms Review resumes and identify qualified candidates Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Track recruiting metrics and hiring performance Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation Help develop new recruiting strategies to attract top talent Continuously improve our hiring process and candidate experience We aren't looking for someone who simply posts jobs. Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
You'll work directly with the President of the company and assist with daily executive operations, including: Calendar management and meeting coordination Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence Managing confidential information Coordinating projects and follow-up tasks Assisting with company events and special projects Helping leadership stay organized and focused on company priorities
Office Administration:
Open the office each morning Welcome customers, applicants, vendors, and guests Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Manage employee sign-in and sign-out procedures Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and payments Maintain office organization and inventory Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships Assist with administrative projects across multiple departments Help maintain conference rooms, common areas, and office appearance

Within your first several months, you'll confidently: Manage our recruiting pipeline independently Conduct professional phone interviews and candidate screenings Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Support new employee onboarding Keep leadership organized and informed Help improve recruiting processes and hiring results Play a meaningful role in building one of the best teams in the home improvement industry

Compensation:
