Type:
full-time Office Administrator & Executive Assistant A premier global investment firm is opening a brand-new office location in Reston, VA , and seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to serve as the operational hub of the new space. This is a unique dual-function opportunity for someone who thrives on building culture from the ground up while delivering high-touch administrative support to senior leadership (including a Partner and Senior Vice President). You will oversee daily operations for an agile, fast-growing team of 12+ employees while creating an exceptional experience for team members, investors, and visiting executive partners.
Location:
Reston, Virginia (Greater Washington, D.C. Area)
Schedule:
Onsite 5 days/week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000+ base (Overtime Eligible) +
Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus Comprehensive Healthcare:

What You'll Do Executive Support:
Manage complex calendars, travel logistics (domestic & international), expense reconciliation, and executive meeting preparation. Assist senior executives with correspondence, board/investment materials, and priority tracking.
Office Operations & Experience:
Oversee day-to-day operations for the new Reston facility-managing vendor relationships, IT/human capital coordination, supplies, and conference room readiness. Lead employee onboarding, plan office celebrations/events, welcome executive guests, and foster a warm, professional office culture.
Special Projects:
Play a central administrative role in office expansion, space planning, vendor setups, and cross-office communication.
What We're Looking For Experience:
3+ years of experience in an Office Coordinator/Admin Assistant, or EA role (preferably within financial services, legal, or professional services).
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
