This is a great contract opportunity in Richmond, VA. This role entails providing direct support to multiple executives. Responsibilities:
Provide a broad variety of administrative support to executives Maintain an extremely active calendar of meetings Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas Compile documents for meetings Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings Perform assigned projects Establish and maintain official documents and records Professionally interact with clients and visitors Arrange events and venues for meetings
Qualifications:
2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite staff Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must possess ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Pay Details:
