ProspectBlue has partnered with a private family office is seeking a P art-Time Executive Assistant / Family Concierge to provide thoughtful, organized support to both the family and office. We are looking for someone who is kind, discreet, proactive, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who anticipates needs and can confidently manage a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage family calendars and coordinate doctors, dentists, and other appointments. Coordinate household services, repairs, maintenance, deliveries, and vendors. Assist with errands, reservations, travel, and other day-to-day family needs. Handle bills, invoices, receipts, and basic administrative tasks. Order and maintain household and office supplies. Manage mail, deliveries, files, and general office organization. Communicate with vendors, service providers, and professionals on behalf of the family. Provide general support and special-project assistance to the family office. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. Ideal Candidate Warm, kind, and service-oriented personality. Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Proactive with excellent follow-through and common sense. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and last-minute requests. Professional and polished in communication. Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information. Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, family assistant, or similar role preferred. Part-time schedule; flexibility based on family needs.
