This position will be responsible for the daily support of the C-Suite individuals of Wessex. The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of experience in business administration. Excellent analytical and communication skills are needed. Required to have a great command of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to produce timely and accurate reports. Detailed and accurate calendar maintenance for several Executives within the firm is required. A four-year college degree is required; a master's is preferred. Must have an understanding of protocol to prepare and oversee high level meetings. Should be able to interface with staff and other outside sources. We are seeking an office run with professionalism that maintains a high level of excellence. The successful candidate will be able to drive results by working through people. The Administrative Assistant should be dedicated to the firm and the Executives and be available by phone during non-business hours. They should possess a willing and positive attitude, strong moral character, good judgement and willingness to be flexible.
