full-time The Harvard Group LLC (THG), an SBA-certified 8(a) small business with extensive experience supporting Department of Defense organizations, is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership at Air Force Base, Nebraska . This position requires an experienced administrative professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate with senior leadership and external organizations, maintain strict confidentiality, and operate successfully within a military environment. This position is contingent upon THG receiving contract award. Key Responsibilities The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and executive support that includes: Provide administrative support to senior leadership. Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Track deadlines, deliverables, suspense items, and matters requiring timely completion. Prepare, edit, format, and maintain emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, briefing materials, and other documents. Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal and external organizations. Answer and respond appropriately to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries. Attend meetings and conferences and perform follow-up activities as requested by leadership. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic records. Handle sensitive, strategic, personnel, and other confidential information with discretion. Maintain professional working relationships with military installation personnel, Government stakeholders, and external organizations. Apply appropriate administrative office practices, procedures, and military protocol. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations. Minimum Qualifications Candidates should clearly demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume: At least one year of clerical and/or data-entry experience. At least one year of experience working in a military environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience managing calendars, schedules, meetings, correspondence, records, and administrative requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with senior leadership and external stakeholders. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments and meet established deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to work on-site at Air Force Base. Ability to meet applicable Government background, security, installation-access, and credentialing requirements. Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to candidates possessing: Previous Executive Assistant or senior Administrative Assistant experience. Previous support to military or Department of Defense senior leadership. Previous experience working at a military installation. Experience supporting a legal, Judge Advocate, headquarters, command, or senior executive office. Knowledge of military correspondence, administrative procedures, organizational structure, and protocol. Current or previous federal security clearance or Government credential, where applicable. Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and applicable federal contract wage requirements.
