If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior executive leaders, serving as a trusted partner in driving organizational efficiency and team collaboration. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with sound judgment, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. From complex calendar management and travel coordination to event planning and special projects, this position offers a diverse and engaging scope of responsibilities within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to executive leaders, including Director-level and above Manage communications and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders Maintain strict confidentiality of highly sensitive information Own complex executive calendars, including scheduling across time zones and rhythm of business cadence planning Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, approvals, and changes Prepare accurate expense reports, ensure policy compliance, and reconcile with finance Coordinate recurring meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups as part of rhythm of business calendar management Track budgets, support position control number management, and assist with recruiting activities Coordinate team meetings, communications, and engagement activities Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, system access, and employee transitions Support special projects including offsites, events, facilities coordination, swag orders, AMAs, and launches Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency, including use of tools for meeting preparation, summaries, drafting communications, and automation
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of administrative, executive support, or business support experience Proven experience supporting Director-level or above leaders Demonstrated experience with complex calendar management Experience with morale event planning and execution Background in travel coordination and expense reporting preferred Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones Strong travel coordination and expense reporting experience Morale and event planning and execution capabilities Customer-service mindset with a proactive and positive attitude Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and respond with urgency in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools including email, document management, and presentation platforms
