Job Description
Senior Executive Assistant at Robert Half Senior Executive Assistant at Robert Half in Redmond, Washington Posted in 3 days ago.
Type:
full-time Robert Half is partnering with a growing technology company on a direct hire search for a Senior Executive Business Partner based in Redmond, WA. This is a 100% on-site role. This position supports C-suite leadership within a 1,500+ person organization and goes well beyond traditional executive assistant responsibilities. The right candidate will operate as a true strategic partner, one of the closest advisors to a senior executive, with the credibility to sit alongside other executives and the judgment to represent the executive when needed. This person will also serve as a resource to other EAs across the organization, offering guidance, coaching, and best practices, though this is not a formal people management role. This opportunity is best suited for someone who thrives with a high degree of autonomy rather than close direction. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and consistently looking for ways to add value beyond the standard scope of the role. Strong candidates anticipate needs before they're voiced, read the dynamics of a room, and build trust with executives through sound judgment and consistency over time. What sets a strong candidate apart: A track record of partnering with executives on real business initiatives, not just calendar and schedule management Experience navigating a fast-changing, evolving organization A history of mentoring or informally guiding other EAs or support staff Meaningful tenure in prior roles Comfort operating with minimal direction and high visibility
