Executive Assistant Seattle, WA 98101 | $45-$52/hr | Temp-to-Hire Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Chief Operating Officer in a highly visible role. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in executive support, complex calendar management, travel coordination, office operations, and client service. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Manage a highly active executive calendar and scheduling priorities Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and itineraries Prepare and submit expense reports Draft and proofread presentations, reports, and correspondence Support special projects and company initiatives Provide concierge-level support to clients and visitors Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities Partner with operations and client service teams on administrative support needs Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience Experience supporting C-Level leadership Strong calendar management experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree preferred By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
