ASAP SUMMARY
This position provides confidential administrative assistance to members of the Superintendent's Cabinet. Working in support of their Cabinet supervisor, the Executive Assistant ensures our ability to execute each department's key functions, the efficiency of Cabinet members' calendars and access to community stakeholders in service of Our Promise. They serve as the face of the Cabinet Office and beyond standard administrative support, may have additional duties unique to the leader and department they support. The Executive Assistant approaches assigned work in a professional manner, working toward the common goal of effective communication, positive public relations, and strong professional culture. Responsibilities include typing a variety of correspondence and reports, answering and placing telephone calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, and processing forms for division staff. Excellent judgment, human relations, conflict management, organizational skills, and comfort with technology are needed to independently prioritize and appropriately respond to time-sensitive and program issues.
