The company focuses on transforming raw and infill sites through disciplined due diligence, strategic planning, and coordinated project delivery. UNI Developments is committed to creating long-term value through efficient, execution-focused land development. Role Description This is a full-time 20-30 Hours starting off, in-person Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership within a real estate development company. The position plays a critical role in the day-to-day execution of development activities by combining executive support with operational, project management, property management, accounting, and communications responsibilities. The Executive Assistant serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring that information, tasks, and priorities are organized, actionable, and consistently followed through. The role is responsible for managing executive calendars, communications, and correspondence while translating meetings and discussions into clear action items and deliverables. This includes tracking tasks and deadlines, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting project workflows across active developments. The position also contributes to operational efficiency by creating, maintaining, and improving systems and processes that support project execution and internal organization. In addition, the Executive Assistant supports property management and development-related functions such as coordinating vendors and subcontractors, managing compliance documentation, organizing city and jurisdictional materials, and assisting with leasing activities. Financial and administrative responsibilities include processing invoices, tracking expenses, assisting with accounting and compliance coordination, monitoring credit card activity, and preparing documentation for internal and external financial partners. The role also provides support for marketing, communications, and investor relations through the preparation of project updates, marketing materials, and social media coordination. Site visits, meetings with contractors and consultants, and hands-on support during acquisitions and new projects are part of the role as needed. Required Qualifications Ability to learn independently Demonstrated ability to create, document, and improve operational systems and workflows Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience providing administrative and executive support (calendar management, scheduling, correspondence) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, calendars, and task management tools Ability to work full-time and in person in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and accounting Experience in real estate development, construction, property management, or investment firms Exposure to project management workflows (task tracking, timelines, coordination) Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, or property-related activities Experience supporting operational management or internal process improvement Basic experience with social media scheduling or business communications
