Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the COO and executive leadership team. This position serves as a trusted partner to the COO by coordinating strategic initiatives, managing executive communications, supporting operational performance reporting, and ensuring seamless execution of organizational priorities. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between the COO, executive leadership, agency leaders, and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational effectiveness. This role is based at the Vancouver Service Office (VSO) and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented healthcare environment.
Requirements:
Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of executive administrative support experience. Experience supporting senior executives, directors, vice presidents, or C-suite leaders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business productivity tools. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field. Healthcare industry experience, preferably in Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, or post-acute care. Experience supporting a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, or executive leadership team. Project management and operational reporting experience.
