Administrative Assistant - Executive Operations Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Keep priorities moving and communications polished. As an Administrative Assistant on Uline's Executive Operations team, you will proofread business materials, coordinate projects and conduct research to support important business initiatives. Use your strong organizational and communication skills to support the team's priorities and special projects for our growing North American company. Careers Packed with Potential. Position Responsibilities Review, edit and organize business and executive communications, ensuring materials are clear, accurate and ready for distribution. Coordinate projects from start to finish, tracking action items, following up on deadlines and keeping team members informed. Research business topics, compile information and prepare communications to support decisions and recommendations. Maintain department documentation, processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Provide administrative support across a variety of assignments and priorities for Uline's Executive Operations team. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
