What You'll Do:
Primarily provides administrative support to an Executive Partner(s) on tasks as requested. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and business functions, ensuring that facilities, services, and budgets are managed efficiently. Manage assigned social media platforms, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Handle multi-channel communications such as email, phone, and social media to ensure seamless coordination. Efficiently manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly, and operations run smoothly. Proactively identify and resolve administrative challenges ("puts out fires") to keep business processes on track. Prepare and test business leads before meetings with management. Assist with reviewing and understanding real estate contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Support in the administrative and marketing tasks surrounding real estate transactions, such as organizing documents, coordinating contract finalization and coordinating advertisements/promotional content. Work with financial data and calculation models to assist with real estate transactions and reports. Establish and maintain files of correspondence, reports, contracts and other documents of a highly technical nature, uses sound judgment in handling information and material of a confidential nature. Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and other individuals inside and outside the company, exhibits a professional and courteous manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities A high school diploma or equivalent education with four to five (4-5) years of business-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions professionally. Ability to handle sensitive data and always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Additional Eligibility Qualifications English language fluency, verbal and written. Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
