Job Title:
Executive Assistant to the CEO - Full-time •(35+hrs per week)

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is one who shares a deep passion for community and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position to play a vital role in supporting the Chamber's mission and helping to shape the future of Platte County.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Other duties as assigned.
Community Engagement:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and community members, businesses, and stakeholders. Assist in planning and executing community-focused events and initiatives. Represent the Chamber at events, fostering relationships that promote the organization's mission.
Operational Assistance:
Maintain organized records of key Chamber activities, including meeting minutes, event logistics, and member communications. Accounts receivable and weekly deposits Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Collaborate with staff to support Chamber and Tourism programs and initiatives.
Member Relations:
Provide support to members, addressing inquiries and connecting them with resources. Assist in onboarding new members and maintaining strong relationships with existing members.
Special Projects:
Take on projects that align with the Chamber's strategic goals, such as research, grant applications, or community outreach and Tourism. Support fundraising and sponsorship efforts for Chamber and Tourism events and initiatives.
Flexibility:
o Some evening and after-hours meetings/events are required o These hours are paid and are part of supporting Tourism, Chamber and community efforts

Qualifications and Skills Required Skills:
o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. o Experience with social media platforms for professional use. o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. o Ability to learn specific software and systems used in day-to-day operations. o Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable adapting to change. o Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. o Customer service mindset with the ability to engage with diverse community members.
Preferred Skills:
