Job Title:
Filing Clerk Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to support administrative operations by digitizing and maintaining critical company records. This role focuses heavily on converting paper files into organized digital formats and ensuring accurate document management within Adobe systems. This is a repetitive, process-driven position best suited for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable performing structured tasks with a high level of consistency and accuracy. Responsibilities + Digitize and upload large volumes of paper documents into electronic filing systems. + Organize, label, and maintain digital files within Adobe and internal systems for accuracy and consistency. + Perform quality checks on digitized files to confirm completeness and clarity. + Maintain structured filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance. + Assist with general administrative support and document management tasks. + Collaborate with internal teams to organize HR or project-related records. + Follow established processes and timelines for document processing. Essential Skills + 1-2+ years of administrative, clerical, or HR-related experience. + High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and stay productive in a repetitive work environment. + Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate digital filing systems quickly. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. + A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. + Someone who thrives in routine, detail-focused work. + Reliable, consistent, and committed to accuracy in every task. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar document management systems. + Familiarity with eBacon or similar compliance/payroll software. + Previous experience with records management or document digitization. Work Environment This position is based onsite at the MMI office in Mesa, AZ. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The environment is structured with clear expectations and processes, offering the opportunity to contribute to improving internal systems and organization. This is a temporary role for 3 months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.18
  • $26.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
