This is a 32-40 hours per week position. Flexible hours, you can pick your hours of work between 6 am - 4 pm. The perfect candidate for this position wants to make amazing shirts, has great attention to detail, and has minimum 5+ years experience running both automatic & manual presses. We run all ROQ presses. So ROQ press experience is a bonus. We like to keep our work environment fun, laid back, and low pressure. But we also work hard, and manage our work flow efficiently to get the jobs done quickly. Candidates must have the following skills: 1. Be able to setup detailed multi-color designs onto various types of apparel. 2. Have great attention to detail and quality check printed items during the production run. 3. Make corrective adjustments as needed and have no spots or ink pin holes on the finished pieces. 4. Mix pantone matching ink colors 5. Meet production schedules in a timely manner to stay on top of customer demands. 6. Take pride in your work and show up daily on time and be ready for any challenge. 7. Strong work ethic, honest and dependable. Only those with 5+ years of screen printing experience need apply.
