In this vital role, you will participate in light computer work, as well as manage and maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring that all documents are properly stored, easily retrievable, and securely protected. Your proactive approach will support efficient office operations, streamline data management, and enhance overall productivity. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical skills, office experience, and a passion for maintaining order in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure quick access to documents Sort, file, and retrieve documents accurately according to established procedures Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and storage Assist with data entry tasks using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Support front desk duties including answering multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before filing or distribution Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to organizational policies Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry to support office management Qualifications Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities Strong attention to detail with proofreading and data entry skills Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques Previous experience with office management or personal assistant duties is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly Join our team as a Filing Clerk and become an essential part of our organized and energetic workplace!
