The Role:
Why it Matters Our clients rely on us for precision. In this role, you take ownership of the document lifecycle — preparing, filing, and organizing the paperwork that drives our business. You're the key to resolving documentation issues and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What you'll do daily:
Court Document Logistics:
Prepare, review, and print essential legal documents for court filing.
Workflow Management:
Process incoming documents from courts and process servers with speed and precision.
Organization:
Manage the lifecycle of warrants—from pulling and storing to ensuring they reach the courtroom.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve filing issues to keep our legal processes moving forward.
Administrative Support:
High-volume scanning, filing, mail processing, and data entry. What We're Looking For We value reliability and a "can-do" attitude. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a high-volume environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Previous experience in office admin or a legal setting is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right drive.
Skills:
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and the ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of paperwork.
