Through our US Headquarters in Fremont, CA, we supply our acclaimed Orca Coatings® sublimation blanks and fully decorated goods throughout North America. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Temporary / Seasonal On-Site DTF Printer Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation , technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of DTF printing equipment. Your expertise will ensure our DTF printers operate efficiently and maintain high-quality standards at our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Operate DTF printers for daily production, including machine start-up, setup, printing, and final product inspection. Complete printing tasks according to production schedules while ensuring quality and efficiency. Perform regular equipment maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly. Record production data and report progress and machine status. Keep multiple machines running efficiently with minimal downtime. Work closely with the team to improve processes, increase output, and maintain high product quality.

Requirements:

DTF printer operation experience preferred. Familiar with DTF printing processes (inkjet printing, heat transfer, powder application, etc.). Able to identify and solve common printing issues (e.g., color mismatch, printhead clogging, pattern defects). Be computer literate and comfortable using 2-3 software applications simultaneously. Multitask effectively and manage multiple production tasks at the same time. Detail-oriented, responsible, quick learner, and a strong team player. Able to handle moderate workload and occasional overtime. Able to work at different stations based on order volume and production needs. Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 Preferred Skills Experience in equipment maintenance or repair.
