This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in office administration and records management. The File Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate filing systems, organizing records, and assisting with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that support daily office operations. This paid opportunity offers valuable professional experience in a collaborative office environment. Key Responsibilities Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored for easy access and retrieval. Maintain and organize office filing systems and storage areas. Assist with routine administrative tasks, including scanning, photocopying, and document preparation. Support day-to-day office operations and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
