Job Description
We are looking for a dependable General Office Clerk to provide short-term administrative support for a Contract assignment in Los Angeles, California. This position will assist the Fundraising Department with essential clerical work, helping keep documents organized and outgoing materials prepared on scheduled support dates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling high-volume office tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain department files to ensure records are easy to access and accurately stored.
- Scan paper documents into digital formats and verify that electronic files are complete and legible.
- Prepare mailings by assembling, sorting, and processing materials for outgoing distribution.
- Enter and update information in office records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide back-office support to the Fundraising team by assisting with routine clerical assignments.
- Review documents for completeness and arrange materials according to established filing systems.
