We are looking for a dependable File Clerk to support high-volume records management for a busy onsite team in Riverside, California. This position focuses on bringing order to active and archived documentation, helping the organization maintain accurate files and timely access to important customer and permit records. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files so records are complete, secure, and easy to retrieve
• Sort, scan, label, and archive incoming documents while keeping filing systems accurate and up to date
• Address large volumes of outstanding paperwork by prioritizing urgent items and steadily reducing backlogs
• Index customer, business, and permit-related documents to support compliance and efficient record access
• Assist with tracking permit paperwork and related documentation required for municipal processes
• Provide administrative support for accounting and office operations as business needs evolve
