Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required (copy required at hire) Ability to work full-time and accommodate shift changes if needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with numeric filing systems and document classification Ability to use handheld RFID scanners and warehouse technology Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull carts weighing 50-100 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing elevated storage areas Strong organizational and multitasking skills Team-oriented with the flexibility to assist in multiple departments as needed

Job Duties:

Prepare, classify, and organize mortgage documents for processing and storage File, re-box, and reassemble documents after scanning and imaging processes are completed Move and consolidate file inventory to maximize storage space utilization Scan and audit files and boxes using RFID handheld scanners Perform high-volume document preparation and filing activities Retrieve, organize, and store files within warehouse vault locations Move file boxes and inventory throughout the facility using carts and material handling equipment Maintain inventory accuracy and support document control processes Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Assist with additional document management and warehouse tasks as needed Why This Opportunity?
