What You Will Do:
- As a Document Review Clerk, you'll review mortgage files to verify completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required forms meet established documentation standards.
Your responsibilities include auditing files, comparing system data with physical documents, and identifying discrepancies. You'll also process reinstatements, allonges, and trailing documents, support special projects, and help maintain a smooth workflow. Your attention to detail will ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills:
- + Ability to navigate Excel for data review and entry + Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy + Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute + Excellent written communication and grammar skills + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt

Pay Details:
