Job Description

Join a Respected New Jersey Creditors' Rights Law Firm Our firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Filing & Compliance Specialist to join our legal support team. This position plays an essential role in our foreclosure practice, managing the electronic filing of court documents and conducting compliance searches related to defendants throughout the legal process. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and electronically file legal documents in connection with foreclosure proceedings across New Jersey. Conduct compliance searches, including military status (SCRA), bankruptcy (PACER), and other relevant public records checks. Ensure all filings and compliance reports are accurate, timely, and consistent with court requirements. Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and court personnel to address filing or procedural issues. Maintain internal systems and track compliance status at various litigation milestones. Provide general administrative and legal support as needed to ensure smooth case flow.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with e-filing platforms such as eCourts, JEDS, and PACER is preferred. Knowledge of compliance procedures in foreclosure litigation is helpful but not required. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital document management system. Legal support or law firm experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right individual.
