Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and digitize various documents, including deals, accounting records and other paperwork. Organize and maintain digital files in a systematic manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in managing and archiving documents, including pulling staples, filing and retrieving documents as needed. Maintain confidentiality and security of scanned documents, adhering to dealership policies and procedures. Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents, paying attention to detail to ensure legibility and accuracy of scanned files.

Qualifications:

Basic Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using computer and scanning software. Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient file management and task completion. High level of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure integrity of scanned documents. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and clerical duties.
