05-25-2026 (11:59 PM) To Qualify Minimum Qualifications.Applicants must:
Possess and continue to maintain a valid Driver License. Have some experience performing building and property maintenance. Be able to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions. Be able to plan and organize routine work details. Be able and willing to work routine overtime shifts both nights and weekends. Desirable Qualifications.Preferred applicants:
Have a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency. Have experience operating gas and electric power tools and equipment.RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
The successful candidate must be either a resident of the City of St. Petersburg as of his or her date of employment, or establish primary residency within the city limits of St. Petersburg within six months of completing the probationary period. Furthermore, as long as the successful candidate is employed in this classification, he or she must reside within the city limits of St. Petersburg.
