Job Description
PAY:
$22.00 per hourBENEFITS
- Covered medical premiums (agency choice of insurer)
- 11 holidays + 1 personal day
- 403(b) agency plan will match 4% of employee gross after 1 year of employment
JOB TYPE
Full -Time (M-F, 8am - 4pm)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: 1. Maintain organized filing systems, including creating new charts, completing daily printing, filing. 2. Maintain up to date forms in appropriate locations and eliminate outdated or unnecessary materials, destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements. 3. Assists with accurate data entry.Physical Demands:
This position requires standing for the majority of the workday. The employee must be able to safely climb a 2-3 step ladder or step stool to access files and materials stored on upper shelves.CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
CPR/FA CertificationEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1. H.S. Degree or GED 2. One year of office experience.Job Type:
