This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organization skills, and experience in administrative support or customer service. Full time opportunity offering $16/hr!
Document Review Clerk Key Responsibilities:
Review and process submitted documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and required approvals/signatures are included Enter and maintain information within internal systems and databases Follow up with external contacts to request missing information or documentation through phone, email, and online systems Organize and maintain electronic records and files Track and update information using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office programs Assist with documentation requests and administrative tasks as needed Communicate professionally with internal teams and outside partners Participate in meetings and support ongoing process improvements
Qualifications:
Document Review Clerk Job Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience 1+ year of general office, clerical, or administrative support experience Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy Ability to organize, alphabetize, sort, and maintain files (both electronic and paper) Comfortable working with data entry and multiple tasks Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team IND 2
