Position Purpose:
To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.
- Open, sort and prepare incoming correspondence
- Scan incoming correspondence
- Record specified incoming documents
- Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims
- Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
- Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds
- Mandatory overtime is required
