Blueprint:

As an early hire, you will design, document, and scale the workflows built to handle high-volume investor demands.

Master Investor Transactions:

Process complex investor files (wholesalers, fix-and-flip, double closings, assignments, and 1031 exchanges) with speed and absolute accuracy.

Drive Communication:

Interface directly with clients, agents, attorneys, and underwriters. You are the relentless project manager who keeps the chain moving.

What You Will Bring Proven Processing Experience:

2-5 years of hands-on title processing experience, ideally with heavy exposure to investor transactions.

An Obsessive Standard:

You automatically re-check legal descriptions, notice minor date discrepancies, and refuse to clear a file until it is truly ready.

Startup Wiring:

You thrive in ambiguity, easily pivot when priorities shift, and are motivated by building a process from scratch.

Grit & Autonomy:

You solve problems independently, skip unnecessary escalations, and push files forward with genuine urgency.

Geographic Fluency:
