A Production Associate | Printer Operator is comfortable with the following duties and responsibilities (but not limited to): Operating 196" & 126" EFI UV printers | 126" DGEN Dye-Sub | UV Flatbed , and 64"

Eco-Solvent printers. Operate ONYX and/or EFI Fiery RIP software Properly load and use cold pressure laminating equipment in accordance to standard safety procedures Load and cut vinyl on a plotter (SUMMA plotter) Load media, inks, and generate quality prints from digital print equipment Move raw materials, sheets and roll goods for manufacturing Maintain machinery in good working order Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies Maintain an organized, clean, and professional workspace appearance at all times Mask, weed and apply vinyl to various substrates Print, mount, trim and finish various digital graphics and signage Help package and ship orders Must be able to use an X-Acto knife and ruler efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license At least a high school diploma
QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to learn how to operate production equipment and software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical literacy with email, Microsoft Office or related programs, design software, cell phone, etc. Ability to display professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity Having independence, confidence, and persistence to overcome objections and obstacles Strong desire to work within a team and be a team player Independent nature and detail oriented Strong sense of focus and calmness under pressure Strong work ethic and desire to succeed to the fullest potential
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to retrieve various types of substrates and materials from a material rack, including the upper shelves Must be in good physical condition and can lift over 50 lbs. Must be in good physical condition to stand on concrete floors
WORK-DAY SCHEDULE 8
00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday), with the possibility of overtime being required based on production needs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
