File Clerk/Receptionist-TEMP

Receptionist/ File Clerk Bilingual Spanish Reports directly to Executive Secretary and is responsible for the following: Answers, forwards and takes messages from all calls to the main switchboard telephone system. Ensures proper maintenance of switchboard telephone system, including calling forward to answering service and placing a cover over it to protect it during non-work hours. Assists with processing Home Attendant application. Any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Secretary.
