Department Job Responsibilities:
Completes daily work reports / journal in order to account for productive hours and contributes to work standards and budgeting of the Department. May stamp mail, distribute incoming mail/faxes into mailboxes, empties shuttle and distributes Outcomes may include, Completing FMLA forms, disability forms, attorney requests, and insurance requests. Pulls, refile charts, routes paperwork, to appropriate locations, responds to phone calls and maintains faxes in a timely manner. Receives and completes release of patient information in compliance of HIPPA and Department policy.
