Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Administrative Clerk, Document Specialist to support high-volume document processing, mail handling, scanning, and digital records workflows in a fast-paced printing and publishing environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on administrative work, production-focused tasks, and working with technology. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, free onsite parking, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in document management, data entry, order processing, and records conversion. - Sort, open, and prepare high volumes of incoming mail and documents for scanning and digital conversion.
- Remove staples, paperclips, and other materials while organizing documents for accurate processing.
- Operate high-volume digital scanning equipment, including Kodak scanners and flatbed copy machines.
- Review scanned documents for quality, accuracy, formatting, and completeness before final processing.
- Track document batches, log completed work, and support digital workflow requirements using basic PC tools.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, including clearing paper jams, refilling toner, and troubleshooting routine issues. Compensation and Benefits

$16.50 per hour.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Hours:
40 hours per week.- Overtime availability is required.
